Imagine this spectacular view while relaxing in the egg-shapedย bathtub from the dizzying heights of the Four Seasons hotel at the top of theย IFC tower overlooking Pearl River New City, China.
The view itself is intoxicating, that is, unless you have a fear of heights, in which case, it would turn into a nightmare.
Imagine bathing in a tub full of your favourite fragrances, topped-off in bubbles, after a day of sight-seeing, or a soak before a feast atย the restaurant on the 100th floor, theย Zaha Hadid-designed Guangzhou Opera House situated just next door, or an adventurousย night on the town.
Set on the 86th floor of the Guangzhou International Finance Centre (IFC), this bathroom, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a truly breathtaking view of the city, housed inside the 438.6 m (1,439 ft) 15th tallest building in the world, must surely rank among the highest place to take a bath in the world.

The wall ofย windows makes way for a spectacular view overlooking the Pearl River and the iconicย Canton Tower, another incredible architectural landmark in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong Province. Beautiful and bare by day, lit inย colours by night.

This isย a head-spinning internal view to the top of the 103rd floorย from the lobby of the Four Seasons Guangzhou, China.
Floors 69 to 99, of the 103-floor IFC building, are taken up by the Four Seasons hotel. Designedย by architectย Wilkinson Eyre, it is among the ten tallest skyscrapers in the world. With their lobby on the 70th floor, and an unobstructed, neck-breaking, knee-knocking atrium on the roof of the building, which in itself has observation decks on the top floors, it is well worth a visit, to see both the inside and out!
